When you click on the continue button below you will be directed to the new form page. Simply fill in ALL information and click the submit button. The request will be sent to BGI via email without an attachment.

Once BGI has received your request it will email your information back to you along with an RMA number.

When you have received the email with the number simply print 2 copies of the email. Save one copy for you records and include the other with your shipment back to BGI.

Make sure that you write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
