Instant field test for the detection of Nickel (Ni⁺²) on any surface. Swabs provide a convenient method for the detection of leachable nickel or dust on any solid surface. Under controlled laboratory conditions sensitivity is down to 1 microgram on solid surfaces and 10 ppm in liquid. Crossreactants: High level of Cobalt will turn swab tip brown and high levels of iron will turn the tip green. In the presence of nickel swab will turn pink.
