Adaptor to 2" Radiological Filter Holder (P/N 3114)

HiVolCal installed on a
BGI 900 lpm Cascade Impactor
(note: requires adapter plate P/N HVCI9505)
|
Compatible with Traditional High Volume TSP, PM10 and PM2.5 Samplers!
- Direct Reading Battery Operated
- Volumetric and Standard Flow Rate
- Ambient Temperature and Barometric Pressure
The new direct reading HiVolCal shares the advanced features of all BGI calibrators and completely eliminates the traditional drudgery of performing a manual calibration with its attendant error potential. Two HiVolCal models have been produced, which will cover all conceivable needs in the flow ranges from 1.4 to 54 Cubic feet/minute.
The HVC1 is a single orifice unit which covers the fundamental range of 7-54 Cfm.
During the 1980s BGI invented the direct reading calibrator for High Volume Air Samplers. It was known as the Auditor. The High volume air sampler is in use throughout the world in thousands of applications and newest High Volume devices such as the BGI 900 lpm Cascade Impactor are in use. For this reason and to keep an unbroken circle of BGI leadership in Calibration equipment for Environmental Air Samplers we bring you the HiVolCal.
Every BGI Air flow Calibrator produced is based upon a Primary Element .
Technical Specifications
Instrumentality: Built in Barometer and Ambient Temperature Probe
Housed in a Gill Screen.
Temperature Range: -30° to +55° C
Barometric pressure: 400 to 800 mm of Hg
Flow output: Simultaneously Displayed Q standard and Q actual.
Q Standard to EPA Specifications of 25° C and 760 mm of
Hg.
Designed to go anyplace, our first principle, Orifice calibrators will operate for 20 continuous hours on 4 AA cells. Accurate to less than 0.75% of the flow rate reading, NIST traceable and designed, built and calibrated in our ISO 9001:2008 facility.
Because flow through the calibrator is uninterrupted, BGIOpenCal free software provides a continuous output display of all functions.
Applications:
- High Volume Air Samplers
- PUF Samplers
- High and Low Flow Rate Impactors
- Radiological Air Sampling
Features:
- No moving parts/pulsations/liquids/fragile components
- No cell to become dirty requiring factory repair and recalibration
- Handheld, 20 hour battery life. (4) AA cells
- Auto ranging
- Furnished with NIST Traceable Certificate
