tetraCal^® and tetraCal^®-Ultra
Calibrators for Air Samplers

The BGI tetraCal^® is the first and only volumetric continuous flow calibration/audit device which gives a direct indication of volumetric flow rate, standard flow rate, barometric pressure (both mm/Hg & mb), and ambient temperature in one instrument. It was developed for use with all types of air samplers in the 0.1 to 30 Lpm range with the tetraCal or
1 to 60 Lpm using the tetraCal-Ultra.

Applications

• Calibration and audits of PM₁₀, PM_2.5, and speciation samplers to U.S. EPA requirements
• May be used on any sampler in the 0.1 to 30 Lpm range for the tetraCal or 1 to 60 Lpm for the tetraCal-Ultra
• Usable in field or laboratory
• Suitable for calibration of cascade impactors

deltaCal Calibrator for FRM Samplers

The BGI deltaCal is the first and only continuous volumetric flow calibration/audit device which gives a direct indication of volumetric flow rate, standard flow rate, barometric pressure (both mm/Hg & mb), ambient temperature and filter temperature in one instrument.

Applications

• Calibration and audits of PM_2.5 and PM₁₀ samplers to U.S. EPA requirements
• May be used on any sampler in the 1.5 to 19.5 Lpm range
• Usable in field or laboratory
• Calibration of European PM10 samplers operating at 38.4 Lpm
• Calibration of 50 Lpm DICOT samplers

HiVolCal
An Electronic Calibrator for High Volume Air Sampling Instruments

The new direct reading HiVolCal shares the advanced features of all BGI calibrators and completely eliminates the traditional drudgery of performing a manual calibration with its attendant error potential. Two HiVolCal models have been produced, which will cover all conceivable needs in the flow ranges from 1.4 to 54 Cubic feet/minute.
